This daily makes me quite tired already.
Yesterday though I took an hour and a half walk and a part for my daily playlist listed above I’ve listed to: Attract More Love Into Your Life, Energy Body/Aura Deep Clearing Cleaning, Ego dissolution in loop.
And this morning… it was damn hard to get up from bed!
Should I keep this list and just reduce the number of repetions?
How much can it take to adapt to such a playlist?
Is there any other audio that can help with this tiredness thing? Maybe the jing one?
About the jing I must add that I’m retaining semen since a month, without stimulation also (no sex, masturbation and visual stimulation).
Keep doing my daily nei gong and meditation practice too.
