Interesting side effect. I’ve been using this audio twice a day. Looks like my upper belly fat is going away slowly but surely now.
I also notice that my veins are very prominent now in my hands. It wasn’t like this before. Even my biceps area to.

Did anyone download a high quality version of this? I’ve got it downloaded as mp4, but it is badly compressed, and so the quality is bad. I’m afraid it might not work this way.
