Yes, all those. But the reason I listen to it regularly is because I noticed a correlation between bouts of anxiety and solar flares. Seeing as solar flares have seemed to increase in frequency exponentially, I created a playlist of fields related/dedicated to the Sun in order to acclimate myself to the influx of energy. I must say, it’s done wonders! :sparkles:
