I ordered a dogtag on Teespring over 2 months ago and it never arrived. Teespring sent me a replacement free of charge which also never arrived… anyone else experienced problems with shipping to Europe? They gave me tracking numbers both times but USPS didn’t have said tracking number registered in their systems. I’ve been offered another free reprint (for the last time) or a full refund… I’d like to get my dogtag but I’m afraid that this 3rd package will also get lost on the way. This shipping problem is a bit ridiculous really. Any tips?

Not a teespring problem. With the coronavirus lost international shippings are even more common. You can try buying it again but it’s not guaranteed it will arrive.

I had one that was lost during shipping but I got the radiation protection sticker that I bought the same day. I got my replacement properly. I am waiting for another one but the tracking number with USPS is said to not be available. I got a quick reply from Teespring support about the CoVID-19. I bought my last one on May 10th.
Yea the tracking number never registered anything with the USPS. I know there’s not much Teespring can do about it and their customer support has been great but I still wish my order didn’t get lost. It’s always a bit of a hassle with international shipping.

its disgusting man. it really is. my replacement matchmaker arrived within 14 days even though im from europe. but the socializer and the ape never did. I asked chat they said eta is monday next week i hope they are right
Sorry you’re also having problems. If they don’t arrive, try to get a refund. The support team seems to be quite understanding.

They offered me a reprint, I accepted it. Unfortunately the reprint also never arrived. So then they offered a final 3rd free reprint or a full refund and I chose the refund as the chance of that 3rd order never arriving due to covid was very high.
Bro, try listening to all the luck audios from Energetic Alchemy. I have been listening to all of those audios as of late, and my tag had came in 5 days. That shit was crazy. I had made a thread on the day I had ordered it, (My boy had ordered the Thor Redux for me on Sunday) and on Friday I had already received it. But it could also be because I am from the states too. But usually, they would take over a month in the past, when I didn’t listen to the luck audios or carry the luck sigil on me all the time. They’d never came that quick.
