Hey Guys, so as the title says, do you think that using the testosterone field in some way can be used as a TRT?

yes, not replacement
but restorative even
DISCLAIMER: Talk to a doctor first. I don’t know anything about you, but I do see a lot of younger guys who are like, I’m 25 and my testosterone is 250, I want to go on TRT. And my answer to that would be to stop being a coomer, get out from behind their keyboard and clean up their life a bit before going to TRT. There are also natural things to augment the Testosterone field such as Pine Pollen (haven’t tried), some Chinese herbs (tried briefly), just making sure you get a good multi-vitamin (do every day), and semen retention (as well as I can, being a married man).
That being said:
You may not believe me, but my updated blood tests in Nov 2021 were over 1400. I’ve taken it out of my stack as I should ideally be around 800 -1000. Just turned 49 years old a week ago.
I do work out, olympic lifting, boot camps, Angamardanna, Isometrics (better on the joints for older folks) and I think that is necessary. I changed up my diet too, but I’m not Keto or some voracious meat eater. Just sensible Whole Foods. My body is increasingly less tolerant to wheat , with age.
I think to state it more properly is I started listening to fields, started feeling better, and then started incorporating other changes.
Be in it for the long haul. But also listen to your doctor.
Updated for 2022:
No No im not mid 20’s anymore, but i dont want to go in TRT now. Yesterday i have watched a Video by More Plates More Dates and he talked about it, and i thought, wait, maybe it would not even be necessary to inject it when one wants to go on TRT, maybe just the fields.
So thank you for your detailed explanation
Great!
holy christ those results are impressive.
ser, please tell me what else did you do? Please, can I send you a pm? I would like to discuss this with you. It would mean a lot to me, please.
