Oh i see. I think i just gotta be consistent with it no matter how i feel. I would just listen to it like once and be like nope forget this.

The way this field work, would it also ‘treat’ anxiety with consistent and regular use, or mostly just relieve the anxiety the moment it’s used? In other words, recommended in a stack or just when needed? Thanks

I’m so grateful for this field, it made me realise how many of my decisions have been dictated by anxiety or fear. I have always been a very anxious person, but this just throws it out of the window, I’m gonna listen to it everyday
I know it says “As you work with this and set more out of usual comfort zones, the brain will begin to re-wire to reflect these new experiences.” but is there like some automated mechanism that could help in the rewiring of the brain or is it just the brain doing it by itself @El_Capitan_Nemo
How’s everyone doing with this field?
I run it twice before I go out if I’m not feeling too confident and it does bring it down significantly but I also don’t use it consistently since I want to resolve the core issue of the anxiety instead of completely relying on this field.

I’m not sure as far as products from here but I assume depending on the issue you can focus on the self esteem/build confidence or I can see the fear field working as well, since most of the anxiety stems from being afraid so to speak of how people react to you or some sense of not being safe. I personally have started using a subliminal that seems to be working for me so far.

We have a variety of what I might call “discovery fields” (e.g., Conceptual Realizations or My Personal Emotional and Mental Supporter). We could use those “discovery fields” to learn what are our individual components of our core issues. Then we can select (from the many options) the clearing fields which are appropriate for our individual, personal history.
After the clearing, we have no shortage of self-love, self-respect and self-confidence fields to shore up whatever we have allowed to be eroded within ourselves. We also have fields which can install skills which we never had the chance to learn, so that we can interact more skillfully.
You just have to be creative in your thinking. That’s all.

I was reading about anxiety today and I saw a comment of some person who meditated for a while and was able to overcome it which I essentially translated to mindfulness or being in the moment, turns out we have a field for that!!, I tried it out today before going out and it really helped alot as far as quieting down the voice in my head and I felt alot more comfortable, confident and in the moment.
