The Deep Sleeper

Yeah not gonna lie, combined with nerve growth and brain regen from sapien,it is like fields are enabling me to be a functional stoner lol. Thanks for these man rly.Although I read research yesterday that GABA supposedly reduces REM sleep so that body has more time to repair itself.Although I am certain Dream included Sweet Dreams effect and sth else to combat that.Essence of mantras also gave me vivid dreams back when I would use it just before pregabalin and then going to sleep.

One thing I am experiencing with this field is deep restoration, which is amazing as I am not sleeping in my bed for the next two weeks

Though, the first listen are triggering some emotions that I then need to release. As if this is working on the traumas that do not allow a proper sleep.

Anyone experiencing something similar?

Hmmm interesting,I only considered the field to handle chemicals in the body, this aspect never crossed my mind.Use torsion field before that one, focus on the issue while using it,using sleep inducer after that shouldnt awake those same things again.Maybe try some Shadow work in free time

Doing shadow work 24/7 since the SEE System hehe.

Smart for Torsion Field before, thanks!

Oh SEE,when I found out about the course it was too late, will register on time next time.Yeah that might explain why u spontaneously face repressed stuff, cuz now compared to before u know ur demons so to say,u opened Pandora`s box and now stuff just wants to arise to the surface.I might advise u to use tree experience during the day or before sleep, just to stay grounded,if u already arent grounding somehow.

Niiiiiiice.
Lately my silent meditation before sleep have been more “charging” than relaxing haha, will give it a try before the Deep Sleeper. Thanks for the reminder Man

Btw, not sure Angel will do it again another time soon. If this resonates there is everything in the first post so you can do it at your own pace

Plus all the testimonies on how impactful it has been for the ones sincerely doing it.

I have insomnia since i was a kid. I put this audio on 3 repeats, at some point during the 2nd one I fell asleep! I woke up about 4 hours later and felt really rested!

4 hours is short but I’m used to not getting more than that in an average night

I remember those days when I would look at the ceiling for hours waiting to fall asleep. Worst times ever.

And it was due to stress, ruminating about the past, overthinking about the future. Also, my diet was pretty fucked.

Your case is genetic or some other thing?

Yes that’s the same as me. I had a pretty unhappy childhood so that’s what caused it

I had a 43/100 sleep quality measured by my watch this night. I usually fluctuate between 70~85 sleep quality with 1:30~2h of deep sleep, but today I woke up with a small ear pain (like the ones you get with otitis) and couldn’t sleep until I fixed most of it. I only got 1h of deep sleep and woke up twice due to a small ear discomfort.

Now, here’s the interesting part: I can’t remember the last time I had three different, vivid Dreams. I also can’t remember the last I woke up so refreshed.

I don’t believe substances can do what this audio did.

Happened last night, I got in bed and added it into my playlist but only 3 times the plan was I’ll remove the audio after the audio played 3 times that way my playlist would loop over night… I don’t think I was up enough for the 2nd round to start.

You may have a disturbed outflow of cerebrospinal fluid from the head, this also disrupts sleep. My son slept best at the moment when we worked out the nervous tension and underwent treatment with an osteopath. Before that, he slept for only 2 hours

You don’t know how to loop a video on YouTube? Save the video to a new playlist and then there would be an option to loop. Like the recycle :recycle: logo

I want to try this soo bad but i sleep just like 4 hours (minus 1 trying to actually fall asleep lol reason why i need this) But i am afraid i wont wake up in time to work haha

i dont sleep those few hours because i cant sleep more, ive just been accustomed all my life to be a night owl lol and super active in the day unless a nap in the day but not every day, so ill feel weird tucking myself in bed earlier than 11pm to get more hours

Has anyone here tried it sleeping a few hours?
@Maoshan_Wanderer?

I listened to it x 2, fell asleep immediately. Woke up after 4 hours.
The night before I listened x 1, fell asleep fairly quickley but woke up after 2 hours.
Not a big sleeper either in general, also a napper.
I think if you don’t actually need more sleep, you’ll be fine.

For me the benefit seems to be not lying awake trying to sleep and that sleep is more efficient.

I think you’ll like it! :grinning:
