I just wanted to share my experience with this.
I accidentally looped this overnight 2x before with a couple of weeks in between
(I had trouble falling asleep and meant to turn it off at one point but then fell asleep ).
Both times I woke up earlier than usual, feeling more rested.
In the past two weeks I experimented with this a bit more (only when I couldn’t fall asleep), the results were consistent - when I sleep with this field on loop, I sleep less and wake up by myself, rested.
I didn’t know where to post this lol but actually it’s related and your post (MonkeyOwl) has got me thinking about giving a try to this field.
I used to be a person sleeping 7-8 hours in a row (uninterrupted) per night and not really feeling good otherwise.
Now there’s a pattern going on since approximately February: I sleep for 2 hours, then wake up and do some stuff, then again 3-4 hours. With occasional 20-minute passing-outs after some specific meditations. But then I wake up from those and resume the meditation lol.
I’ve noticed this pattern specifically since I’ve been using Blueprint of Life, so I wonder if it’s a kind of deep coding or something. Or a way of functioning. Because when I wake up from those fragmented pieces of sleep, I don’t feel tired. On the other hand, there are still a few energizing fields that I’m using at different times of the day (so those may be both the culprits and saviors).
I don’t know if there’s anything “alarming” or to “worry about” but still, like I said, maybe I should use this one to “unify” my sleep.
sounds like you’re waking up after each REM cycle…which everyone actually does, but then they fall right back to sleep.
Ah I see… So there’s been a change between those cycles maybe. More distinction between each one, etc.
So I used Deep Sleeper once last night. Result: 6,5 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
I’ll keep going with this, except when I want the night for myself (you know: no people around, no noise, etc. kind of things lol).
went from sleeping 5-6 hours a night to 6-7 on weekdays and 8-10 on weekends so it works good
wish I could get 8 on weekdays but idk
Is anyone else having little success with this field in terms of feeling sleepy after a few loops? I could loop this for 8 loops and still do not feel sleepy the slightest bit.
Try the GABA one with this.
Would you listen to GABA before of after this?

Not me, this field works wonders for me, by the end of the first listen i’m yawning and struggling staying up
Weather it works directly on REM sleep or not, the past 3 nights I’ve been having such good quality sleep. My schedule hasn’t changed (6.5-7h) but waking up has been so easy, feel energized ready to tackle the day.

Yeah, I have played this field the last 2 days. Experiencing the same issue. Restless sleep and waking up in the middle of the night with a feeling of fear. How are you feeling now, I take it that you have used the field for quite some time now.
I am using Vagus nerve and utter relaxation as well, since I have been dealing with anxiety and overthinking for a month or two.
The vagus nerve is co-responsible for these problems, but also the mental chatter. I would recommend “extra fields” solutions such as a good relaxing herbal tea and listening to Gregorian chants. If instead you want to rely on the fields, the Vagus Nerve or read this thread Mind chatter and blockages - #25 by Eli regarding mental chatter.
