I think itā€™s a good idea to just keep playing it 3x a day, maybe add plasma light before, so plasma light - this - grounding

You have to give it some time.

Yeah, i`ve tried the HGF but not recently, and didnā€™t get very good results regarding flaky/red skin and itchiness.
I was just looking through all the audios for something new to listen, and CBD caught my attention, Iā€™ve search for its benefits, got to skin, tried it, got good results.

Wow @Rosechalice you are amazing! Anything else you recommend for psoriasis at the back of my head beneath my hair basically around my brain stem for some reason.

I am thinking combing this field here with Plasma Flaunt but maybe I am overlooking another good field that works for psoriasis? I get itchy skin always in the same location it becomes red and also have some wounds there from scratching and some dry patches / flakes.

Hi,

Try omega 3, it calms the immune system. It helped me. Choose one with high dosage of EPA. After two months or so of use you might experience things to be less aggressive. It doesnā€™t eliminate it, but you will feel difference.
