One thing I know is that in pregnant women the fascia stretch, especially in the hips. Let’s see if our @SilverZuzu can help us out here.
ah that is true, thats why the pelvic floor remains weak after birth
Thank you both (& @Rosechalice ) for the help and tags. Hope to hear back from more folks too!
I was thinking the same thing @Alice11
I’m SO STIFF. It’s the worst. I’m like “just a few loops…? Maybe…? “
I appreciate the help and thoughts. Hopefully we attract some additional guidance
I may get desperate and take a swing at it.
You are in your 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
What I HIGHLY suggest is that u contact the medical health care provider that is covering u at this time and tell him/her your concerns and ask for advise/guidance.
Also ask for LIGHT stretching and/or LIGHT exercise advise.
I dont know you and your medical problems and your general and specific conditions (except the pregnancy). It would foolish of me to recommend any fields, since they would/could also effect your fetus.
I however would generally suggest (with the help of another person walking alongside you, possibly with a small chair) to walk slowly for exercise and consider doing some LIGHT upper body stretching for neck, shoulders and arms. I know that being inactive (unless for medical reasons/medical advise) will make u feel worse and prolonged inactivity in itself can cause further problems which can be serious. If u can get a (preferably) loved one to very LIGHTLY message your sore areas in your back, it could also help. A WARM “hot water bottle” could also help.
I however (stating this again) do not recommend any fields at this time in your life for exercise/fascia fields.
I know this isnt the answer u want to hear, but this is what I am comfortable in recommending (as a retired R.N.) for the health of your future baby and yourself.
I suppose some environment fields would be OK that just effect the environment.
