I cannot fully describe my hunger for negentropic chi. After looping this I’ve realized something. Way back when I started focusing heavily on hitting every nutrient daily, my gut felt like the cells were smiling and dancing after every meal. After looping this for a while I realized that was perhaps a negentropic environment that was created there! Because this gives me the same feeling! My cells want to dance! It also pushes me to do my best in returning back to that way of eating. What a wonderful feeling. I miss it.
