I think HD covers all the detox types according to its description so no need to play other detox fields while you can utilize this time in other subjects or loop HD to get better results
Maybe even dust, I think.
I’ve recently felt called to further eliminate things that don’t serve me, and am re-visiting this field.
Can anyone confirm (or intuit) if this field detoxes Aluminum from the body? I’ve had multiple family members develop alzheimer’s, and many signs point to aluminum as being the cause. In an ideal world, I would permanently eliminate aluminum-based deodorant/anti-perspirant from my life, but unfortunately the “natural” deodorants don’t stop body odor nearly as well.
Any type of cycles / best practices / additional detox fields you may run HD with would also be most welcome and appreciated.
