No - due to its nature it will not be.
Super Serum alone was conditionally made.
This was modeled after the other final edition private projects such as:
The Unified God
The Evolved.
The Dragon Born.
Consider yourself immensely lucky if youāre invited into the final group.

I have a question: Each of these fields has a dna altering effect. Are they temporary or permanent? If someone have both of them, what happens to the dna, it becomes a different form?
Will it make someone become grotesque or develop cancer cells? Is the worst that can happenļ¼

The unified god doesnāt focus on any dna alteration. As for your question most of the aim is to make lasting permanent changes, and in some cases like the Dragonborn and Dragonlord explicitly so that you can pass down these traits to your descendants. As for using both, I personally donāt see an issue for the ones you have listed, but would recommend you stick with one for a while at least.
The worst that can happen is that results are slowed down due to clashes in objectives of the changes, it is unlikely you will become like one of those mutant mass of flesh you see in fiction.
