So this morning I drank some water, listened to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy x1 and then this x2. Had a bowel movement. this was the first time I’ve ever listened to this 
(coincidentally, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is 10 minutes and the instructions is wait 10 minutes to listen to this after drinking water)
Would this induce good gut bacteria growth?

What I noticed with this field is if you don’t drink water, it’s not really going to work. That’s just me. It works well when you hydrate, but it does virtually nothing for me without water.
That’s true of a lot of cleansings.
