The Journey To The Light (Part 1 of 3)

For anyone that wants to share with family:

My mother isn’t that well versed with english so I translated the text for her to read and printed the pages. After she was done she used the “light I have read chapter 2… etc” this one sentence she said in english just to be sure. Everything seemed to work. She said she felt like floating for a while and very pleasant. After that like “coming down” and was a bit tired haha.

Not feeling good enough, one of the major undermining karmatic thought patterns, would that be Shame, Guilt, Fear… combi of several?!

I respect your opinion but I rather listen to the wisdom that taught me this and my past experience working with concepts which include many feelings at the same time.

Once again you’re welcome to think and do as you wish, how much the consciousness in the field will allow you to do next is not up to me.

But from experience, keeping it simple takes you far along the path.

:flushed: just started adding it myself after I finally printed out the mandala instead of working with it everyday on my phone! I never left Light out of my head and I’m constantly using even if it’s not a ‘session’ like which imo has been the most enjoyable part about Light. But printing out the mandala is a whole higher level!

@anon22855873 Thank you for this gift, it really is amazing. I can see that you put a lot of effort into it.

I just have a question. I am probably in the same boat as others who have not noticed much around their heart area. However, I do notice a feeling of nothingness similar to what we get in the SEE system/Satori. I am guessing this is a sign of the process working and that I don’t necessarily need to worry about the heart sensations? I tried the command of unblocking my heart, but it seems there is only a subtle difference.

And when interacting with the Light, we were told to switch off our thinking. But if asking the Light what to work on next, a thought appears, is this our own thoughts or the Light?

This really is an amazing tool.

Not to be specifically felt there. More a step to make “feeling your feelings” easier.

Focused and intended thought for the commands.

Letting your mind roam is what you should pause to put all focus on feelings.

Imagine it as the inner version of listening versus talking.

I am both deeply moved and grateful that this was created and given onto us to use <3 Reading other people’s experiences is beautiful :heartpulse: I have been working with this for a few days but haven’t read the two other parts, I feel there is much for me to do here :slight_smile:

Prior to this I was doing a releasing exercise based on various things I had picked up along the road and mixed to good effects but 1) I had to be alone and undisturbed to do it and it took a bit of time 2) with some more difficult issues it was harder (sometimes not possible) to stay in the state of no thought necessary to release. With Light, there is none of that! :smiley: It’s so simple and can be done on the fly! Beautiful! Weeeeeeee!

At the moment I’m playing with intent rather than words but also with and without the mandala. It’s all fascinating! I love that I don’t even have to put words on what I’m feeling, I can simply focus on it and release it. Yay!

Feeling the collapsing of concept is really interesting. Sometimes, when I start thinking of the negative end of a concept to work on, I don’t even have the time to fully form it in my mind and I immediately go to the positive end of it instead. As I tend to have positive biases (I minimise negative things) at first I thought maybe it was that, but no. It feels right. I’m not sure how to put it clearly into words, best I can say it is that the concepts are the same thing, I just release my perceptions that makes it a negative.

Another thing I deeply appreciate, which is very important to me, is that this is meant for us to integrate and not a tool to forever rely upon :blush:

Lastly, one thing that’s a bit funny is that whenever I tried a new tool for releasing or I adapted the one I had, I kept feeling “there has to be something more simple”. And when I first tried this, I started giggling like a little girl, thinking: “This is IT!” hihihihiih :smiley: I’ve done my fair share of reading, research, working, etc and this feels so…important. So I’ll echo what others have said and thank the Arcturians, you and everyone else involved in this beautiful process. Also, please pass on my compliments to the artist. Her drawing is beautiful, with a happy serenity about it. Very inspired, it’s fun to work with it :slight_smile:

We are of similar mind, I try everything and break down the concepts to see what makes it work, improve whatever it lacks, and remove dependence on any method to get to the source of the effect (hence the integration to your consciousness).

The integration of the Arc light as your guide (part 3) is also to remove myself from the equation since I found that ineffective as well.

But just a bit of fun fact…

Yes it gets simpler :wink:.

Even Journey to the light had a few things to improve upon. But a great tool to allow a person to take the leap without any of my help and for free.

Hmm something is off there.

Ask the field what you need to work on to get through. Part 2 and 3 is usually given after realizing that emotions are easy to let go of.

So I have a suspicion it’s a self block.

@anon22855873 Thank you very much for making this available for free.

I tried to let go of trauma, loneliness, low self esteem, and they had strong impact my chest area. My right chest is congested, and i think this mandala may help me to improve the situation!

Once again, this is a hidden gem, and i am so lucky to come across it today!
