The Manhattan Method

I would love to be told that even with my maybe 30-90 hours of looping, that I haven’t even gotten 10% of the wiring done from this field. This was the first wiring field I ever bought, right after buying the amazingly sexy brain key.

I wonder how many weeks or months of looping this for hours it would take for me to finally be in tune with this field on all cylinders. I was meditating on the sound of it (not actually listening to it, just memorization of the soundtrack) and it felt like my brain was being wired.

This field makes you feel smart until it makes you feel dumb. (iykyk)

Too bad I don’t feel brain wiring a quarter as strongly as I did a month ago, I miss the autism :frowning:

This field makes you want to speak more and speak less at the same time, it makes you want to express your intelligence, while simultaneously making you want to talk less so that you can learn because you realize that you know very little.

The more I play it the more I want to loop it, I brought my Airpods and my phone to the beach, and spammed this for 3 hours while looking at the ocean waves about a week ago. The walk to the beach was filled with uncertainty and a hint of anxiety, the walk back home felt like intellectual enlightenment.

It’s not that I did any math or that I did anything special, it was that I just knew that I knew and knew that I didn’t know, and I accepted what I didn’t know.

It truly puts you on a different perspective of what I normally saw, it makes me realize that life is about learning and that I deserve to learn, and that learning doesn’t have to be extremely difficult, you can just flow through it.

Before:

• Reaching cognitive load fast

• Trouble with connecting concepts

• Learning felt pressurizing

• Forgetting what I read

• Hard to build concepts maps

• Thinking was too much for me which lead to overthinking

• Passive learning

• Was hard to learn a new skill

• not thinking before I speak

• Emotional

• Explaining things felt foreign to me

Now:
• Cognitive load reduced tremendously which allowed me to exert more mental effort

• Active reading

• Effortlessly building concepts

• Less emotional

• Explaining things to others are easier now, still kinda foreign to me but enough to feel confident

• Learning a skill was challenging at first but connecting relationships to everything allowed greater purpose of why I am learning the skill

• I can easily read something what I read, the most I can remember is 3-5 pages at the moment and then construct a mind map and summaries of what I read. It doesn’t take no longer than 6-8 minutes. Mind you, I’m actively doing retrieval, not rereading the pages.

• Enhanced critical thinking

During months of listening and being consistent everyday, I would play around 2-3x and sometimes loop all day but that was rare in the previous months. Now I’m thinking of looping more because I feel a little behind. I could have achieved more if I just looped it like a boss smh

Ohhh so that’s why I started seeing patterns and random shapes with Conceptual Conglomerate.

Even though I don’t have the other paid brain fields which I would love, MM is doing everything for me that I wished for.

You know how when you are thinking and doing some active learning then you tend to get some tensions and headaches which lead to burnout? So far looping with this has allowed me progress with minimal mental tension.

This is what I have always wanted, an active mind that can think about a lot of things and connecting them together without the stress and headaches. I feel I can learn anything.

Lately I have noticed that I’m more happy and excited to learn new information. I believe this is because of how effortlessly easy it is to grasp how and why something works.

When I focus up and tune into whatever I’m studying it’s readily absorbed and may even get processed into long term memory. I’ve been able to watch a detailed 25mins video on a particular subject and I could almost recite the entire thing verbatim and explain the functionality of each individual parts of it.

Dissecting new subjects isn’t tough at all and if I wanna learn something I can just approach it with excitement because I know how easy it will be to pick apart and digest the core aspects of the information.

This has passively made me better at my other hobbies like videos games ( improved a great deal), recalling information in the mind and learning from it with ease as if I”m watching a movie in real time. Coming up with new ways to organize my life and habits that need to be broken. As well as ones that need to be created for future benefits.

Even if I can’t recall something immediately any key words someone says pertaining to whatever it may be triggers all of the information on the topic. It’s like picking a book out of a giant library. All the memories pertaining to that thing resurfaces and gives so much to work with. Sometimes I find myself noticing things from my memories I didn’t notice about the situation until now. New perspectives in a way.

Memory is even better with this along with the legendary M8K. Imagine having a really good memory and then you upgrade to a really great memory that’s more clear and pristine. Things I forgot about when I was younger came back and in great detail.

Lastly nothings really hard anymore. I mean yeah there’s tons of stuff I could name that would have me stumped, but that innate feeling of thinking of something that would be too hard for me to learn doesn’t exist. It’s like I know with enough focus and attention I’ll be able to break it down and formulate it into my understanding.

There’s probably other things I’m missing but that’s all I can recall as of now.

I’m not sure how much deeper I have to go into this or even if I’ve reached at least 20% of it, but I’m gonna dedicate big hours to it.

I want to see what this field has to hold for me. I want to see what “skills” there are, I want to know what the mass working memory and abstract/complex skills look like after 300+ hours.

I want to see what this field truly does. Something about Manhattan Method is so compelling.
