Compound movements themsleves are efficient enough.

Pull-ups. Squats. Deadlifts. etc.

All build and engage the core.

I used to play it like 1 hour a day tbh. But I think 15 mins a day should suffice overtime.

Consensus is about 1h a day is far closer to optimal amount. You can extend your use for most part of the week and still say that you loop “once” :slightly_smiling_face:
