I reintroduced longer listening times of manly man and it’s interesting to see on the streets… Me walking normally and people making way as if I’m bigger than I am. I tested this a bit further and tried to cross paths more often on purpose and yes it’s the same.
The most funny though is, it feels to me that even cars and motorcycles or ebikes wait for me more often and make space for me.
I think this manly man over time creates this aura of respect. It’s really quite interesting

Yeah, I used to wear a ring on my ring finger, I had to move it to my pinkie as it wouldn’t go in anymore and now it’s not going in easily on my pinkie.
It’s not a complaint though, I wanted big hands and big fingers

I have.
Before I would easily do intermittent fasting and manage eating once a day feeling good.
Well I’m back now to 2-3 meals a day… I would feel overwhelmingly hungry at times with no other choice but to eat more.

I can confirm this. I think it comes from the increase in Androgen Receptors. Because the same effect happened to me back then with the Blessings of Saint Biceps field.
