Got a question here. I think that the quality of my puberty wasnt that great. The nutrition wasnt that good and my athleticism was average lets say. Could it be that this field “improves” the areas that “lacked” development because of the lets say not so good puberty? For example the hand growth or the deepening of the voice and so on. Like the maximizing of the genetic potential is what i want to say.

Agree with you. I will share something that may be considered violent, but the real world is harsh fellow men.
While using this, a stranger wanted to engage in a fight with me. I wasn’t interested in fighting him but he insisted by pushing and insulting me. I started to see RED when he did that and decide to defend myself. He didn’t expect it at all but when I engaged into this fight, he started shaking like a gazelle. For me, I had an adrenaline rush but no more. I had total control over the situation. I let you imagine the rest.
So yeah, anxiety doesn’t exist for the ones who use this field.

A few days ago, something similar happened to me with someone who had pushed the boundaries a bit. I basically laid it out so strongly that shortly after, they came to apologize almost with tears in their eyes.
