This is truly an amazing field. I didn’t realize how much I actually had going on in my nervous system simply because I have a few things that provide ease with it, but I went ahead and purchased this today and after a few loops it’s making such a big difference.
So much more calm then I expected and an overall sense of well being that feels so good. I’m in awe and appreciation of this field now and I can’t wait to see what unfolds after daily use in the upcoming weeks.

is this safe to loop overnight?
I wouldn’t. It’s safe, yes, but your nervous system also needs rest from everything. I might loop it before bed for a bit, testing it to see your body’s reaction. To me this is a field where you want to be awake to judge the subtle changes that your body goes through as it relaxes. Gives more mastery over the process.
Can it also be said that where grounding stops, it goes beyond?
I can share my experience with this one 
I have been using it daily (usually in the morning) for about a week now and I truly believe it has changed my life. I have struggled with my mental health for my entire life, and this year in particular has been incredibly difficult for me. Since using this, I am sleeping better than I can remember, I’ve rediscovered my hobbies that bring me joy, my work related anxiety has all but vanished, and I feel a lot more grounded and emotionally secure.
I don’t love the music, to be perfectly honest, but I can easily overlook that when it has already brought such positive changes. Thank you endlessly.
