I noticed in the instructions it calls for a 30-60 minute attunement prior to activating the card. Is there an audio to go along with these?.. or a different way to attune? I no longer have an Instagram nor Facebook account (2 years now actually and lemme just say, ahhhhhh 
)ā¦ so I might have missed something in there or wasnāt able to access it.

Hi @SonicAlchemist. Here are the instructions to get started and also a link to the Attunement card. Attune yourself to it before using the card system. Wait about a whole day before using the rest of the cards in the set.

How to use the cards
After attunement, which takes about 30 mins to an hour. (depending on your energy system)
The best recommendation is to at least wait one day after the attunement to use the
cards. Using the card would simply involve holding the card and speaking the name of the
card
along with the word activate and the energy/work will begin. for example āeviction activateā āattunement activateā etc. To use the cards without actually having the physical card present with you, you can use the sigils and speak the activation words. You can also use the sigils with your radionics machines etc as well. The attunement card directly links you and tells your subconscious and deeper
mind exactly how to use the energy systems. You will find yourself having ideas on how to use it that may be unconventional. Even at some point using and accessing all the systems without using the cards or
sigils. Trust your intuition on this.

60 mins morning meditation
Lots of random thoughts in the mind initially.
Some vibration in the lower abdomen. Some electrical activity and pin prick sensation around the left shoulder blade. Also felt some pressure on the inside on the right shoulder blade.
A twisting ājerkā sensation. The twisting was virtual but the physical jerk was real.
The pain behind my ears also subsided during the meditation.

I listened to the audio for 15 minutes which was obviously too long. I did it without knowing ā¦ but I asked for help and began to hear the ground connector and the schuman frequency.
2 days have passed and every time I feel better. At first, I was terrified, and I woke up a depression that I thought was already resolved. I was able to recognize depression and a lack of serotonin in my blood but I solved it with nutrients that activate the production of serotonin (pure cocoa). Also notice a consistent drop in testosterone. At the height of my fear symptoms, my male member melted into my body to a minimum the size of a child.
I still have little feelings of panic from time to time.
Something that does not go away is the electric sensation in the crown of my head on the top of my skull forward. apparently also manifested quickly but still very randomly asks what does this electrical sensation on the skull mean? Was it a death of ego ?? ā¦ Thanks for your comments here learning from the country of Chile at the end of South America.

We all feel different things when starting with this audio, its a very personal field tho it has the same purposeā¦ reversing what is damaged in every aspect, being noticed at first the places where the energy is stagnant/stuck. Its a beautiful ride. Enjoy it x

60 mins morning Sadhana
Monkey mind was very limited today.
Felt some usual floating and tingling sensations.
What was different today was that I felt I was swept away by A WAVE OF Compassion. I started to feel compassionate all of a sudden.
Also a general feeling of lightness later

Well my head officially hurts like hell now. Which is good. Thatās a good sign guys, remember negative feelings often forego tremendous healing. Destruction foregoes creation, that stuff, yadda yadda.
