45 mins morning meditation
Had the feeling of insects crawling on my arms and legs.
On and off. Also some bites. I had to check several times. There were really no insects. This lasted for about half the session
Also felt like I was entering some deep still space.
Had a fear of dying…
I listened to plasma combo 1 and plasma light field in the morning. I feel terribly weak rn. Almost like I’m coming down with a flu? I can feel the energy working on my migraine screwed nervous system. Lol
Listen to the automated grounding now that could help but yeah feeling that is absolutely normal and part of the process, so congratulations!!! Enjoy the ride 
I’m feeling feverish. My first thought is always covid-19. As I live with my grandparents it’s kinda worrying.
Well spam the corona silent version as well just in case, either reason will fade away giving a couple of days max
Does the plasma light field also effect hair growth? Like can it cause shedding and regrowth of hair like the hair loss field?
I went through this and worse 
this is a big field, the recommendations are no joke in my experience. Ground down with good quality food, nature, grounding fields and get lots of rest… and most importantly, be gentle with yourself

If you go up a bit, you’ll see that the achy feeling of “coming down with the flu” is part of the process and a lot of people experience it (not everyone)
I would not listen to both.
I recommend that you listen only to Plasma Protocol until you can handle that. Then you can add Plasma Light back in.
does anyone know if it’s ok to listen to this and the cosmo volt one? (not after each other maybe like 2-3 hours apart )

Yeah same! i’ve been using both for 3 days but today i noticed some headaches and dizziness so i got worried i wasn’t supposed to listen to both, turns out it was just a normal part of the healing process
Used this audio yesterday to focus in on an anxiety that I feel in my heart on a daily basis. Today I feel amazing. A lot of the things that would usually make that sensation come up didn’t have any effect on me at all. This is literally after one day of usage I’m excited to see what comes next.

60 mins morning meditation
Observed tat I have repetitive thoughts every morning. Around the same subjects.
Focused on some breathing for a short while.
Interesting things observed in my mind’s eye. I was at the bottom of some valley.I looked up and cold see the mountain cliffs and sky…al in black and white. Also, felt like I was transported to someone’s room. There was a white shirt hanging on the wall. So I’m assuming it was someone’s bedroom.
Felt some dull ache at my left shoulder blade.
Some neck movements following the familiar sideways figure 8 pattern.

60 mins meditation
Something interesting happened today…
I did my 60 mins with the audio and after that I went to make my morning juice.
I spent good time cutting the veggies and fruits.
I started putting it ll in the juicer and then…
It exploded.
At least parts of it did.The metal blade and some of the plastic.
I was gonna do the grounding audio after the juice.
I wonder all of this had anything to do with the Plasma light…
Another update:
I continue using the Plasma audio (2X) and after many audios, also the Schumann Resonance one (3X) daily up to now and over a week ago at night, I felt a partial separation of my astral body but I fell asleep instead.
Just 2 nights ago, I felt my astral body separate in an inverted manner, feet above and my head below as I float,. So, I command once: “Now, I’m out of body”, then, “I’m moving to the door” and this time, I said: “I’m out of the house”. Then, I’m immediately out of our former house which we left many years ago, floating on the adjacent vacant lot. It was a stunning view of the night sky with stars and the houses of our former neighbors. I then, move into a neighbor’s house, beside ours at the other side, at will and saw young people sleeping in a room. There were 2 women and I flew out and landed at the entrance of the village nearby. I climb a high fence and I’m back on my bed.
So in other words, this is like another booster for any fields out there?
Also is it normal to get a headache from this field? I listened to it twice in a row today
In the near future I am considering on getting the plasma protocol series. Without all the audios and such, I still look 20 at 26 years old. It would be hilarious if I still look like this at 50 years old.
Use automated grounding last after the other audios to avoid headaches but at first this filed detoxes so its normal, after a few days youll be ok
