It was turned back on a few days ago, you can see the gift box icon again. In fact I earned points from a purchase a few days ago.

It’s a public NFT as I mentioned above. In fact tried with several other public NFTs afterwards but still the same.

I got the same issue ,can redeem the coupon but it is not applicable

I think the issue is there. I’m not a programmer, but maybe the thing is that the box doesn’t appear automatically, maybe it’s hidden or something due to the reward program being on hold and it would need to be reactivated or something?

When the rewards were turned off the gift box icon didn’t show up at all for me so no chance to earn or redeem points. I earned points on my last 2 purchases of public NFTs within the past few days after I made sure to sign into my account since I could see the gift box.

So it appears to be back on but it’s checking out that’s the problem where the coupon is not being applied even with only public NFTs in the shopping cart. Maybe that is a separate option that needs to be enabled on the shop side as you suggested but I’m not familiar with this particular rewards program.

PayPal is simply the processor.
You can choose to continue as a guest and from there you can choose credit card or bank transfer usually, depending on where you are and which options show up

The window will popup, prompting you to log-in or choose continue as a guest (sometimes I have seen it read “Use Credit/Debit Card”)

PayPal likes to force people into using PayPal. (I mentioned this to you in the thread you also opened on this topic.) They’re sneaky that way.

When this happens to me, I can get around that by switching to a different browser. One browser seems to “helpfully” go along with PayPal’s games while the other doesn’t. And, BTW, they do switch being “helpful.”

Your particular error message that you shared may have to do with the fraud prevention practices of PayPal, the credit card processor. It seems there was an issue with an earlier account with them, tied to the email you’re using, and they may have flagged that email in their system. If this is the case, you might want to try using a different email. (WARNING: If you’re wanting to buy an NFT, think about how changing your email address impacts any existing wallets you might have.)

I hear they are trying to fix the problems
I was kinda in panic when I didn’t see rewards gift box at the time of my purchase.
Then I was told it’s not working now, hopefully it should be fixed

Okey so I missed out the new years sale and now I cant even access my rewards, which would have been like a discount for me by now. Can anyone help me out?
