PayPal likes to force people into using PayPal. (I mentioned this to you in the thread you also opened on this topic.) Theyâre sneaky that way.
When this happens to me, I can get around that by switching to a different browser. One browser seems to âhelpfullyâ go along with PayPalâs games while the other doesnât. And, BTW, they do switch being âhelpful.â
Your particular error message that you shared may have to do with the fraud prevention practices of PayPal, the credit card processor. It seems there was an issue with an earlier account with them, tied to the email youâre using, and they may have flagged that email in their system. If this is the case, you might want to try using a different email. (WARNING: If youâre wanting to buy an NFT, think about how changing your email address impacts any existing wallets you might have.)

I hear they are trying to fix the problems
I was kinda in panic when I didnât see rewards gift box at the time of my purchase.
Then I was told itâs not working now, hopefully it should be fixed

Okey so I missed out the new years sale and now I cant even access my rewards, which would have been like a discount for me by now. Can anyone help me out?
Last I recall the rewards program was turned off because it wasnât working in quite the way that Sapien wanted it to, and theyâve been troubleshooting that ever since, as I recall. So, on that score, you may not be missing out.

Yeap, Paypal should address that.
From what I recall, the rewards redeemed were meant to be exchanged for actual cash but that agreement was broken along the way.
So Dream, and Sammy found themselves collecting these points and not being able to redeem them as intended.
Not their fault.

Itâs not âlost,â not at this time anyways.
The program has just been turned off while they work on the software so that the rewards program functions correctly.
As far as weâve been told, the intention is to turn the program back on when the software settings have been corrected.
Oh, I hadnât heard this piece of the story. I thought it was a matter of people using their reward points for Community Projects, which were never supposed to be eligible for reward discounts.

I donât know who to ask about this, but I recently purchased an item from Tee Spring, and it registered my payment and said to expect another email with product. Iâm just wondering how long before that second email comes through? Thanks so much to anyone who can answer this for me!
