Just bought this. Itā€™s the first time I buy an audio, but after reading every comment here I just figured this is for me. For years I was struggling with social anxiety and never knowing what to say to people. Iā€™ve had enough of that and pulled myself into this. Excited to see where this will take me! This one is why I like it so much. As an Aquarious, we dont feel emotions but after playing this field, you feel your emotions so much stronger, its a beautiful feeling. If I dont play this after a week or so I can sence how my soul shields up, after a few loops of this, you feel everything, I like it since im not used to it, some of this with Centered Mind from Prancha Yoga series causes ninjas to chop onions everytime, those sneaky ninjas sigh :onion:

Itā€™s been almost a month since I bought this and used regularly. However there has been no results whatsoever or anything similar to what people here described. I have been listening with headphones, speaker, on loop, even at night.
From other fields I have noticed results, such as the Subconscious blockage removal, Testosterone one, Autism one and the Temporary boosted memory and thinking. I guess those work fast because the results arenā€™t permanent.
Is there anything Iā€™m doing wrong or anything I can improve?

Have you documented your daily interaction with people? If youā€™ve always been anxious of speaking to people you might want to rethink what to expect so early on, maybe you arenā€™t speaking freely with others but has your thinking of social interaction changed? Look for subtle changes in your mental and emotional realm before you demand them in your physical reality.

If this is something youā€™ll like to work on I recommend you focus on it and if you are listening to other audios that deal with other ā€˜issuesā€™ maybe put them down for a bit.

Edit:

Another thing, when ā€˜seekingā€™ results spamming something doesnā€™t necessarily helps the process. Instead of focusing on the quantity, focus on putting in Quailty ā€˜repsā€™ inā€¦ Meaning focus on the audio become aware. Simply become aware of it and how it might make you feel, follow the stream of your thoughts as you play it if itā€™s off course bring it back to the audio and literally envision it integrate as a part of you that you havenā€™t integrated yet due to your past.

Beautiful work :clap:t2: impossible to go without if anybody wants to be happy. Pairs well with inner bliss. I think this is the cure for introversion. I played it once a few times and my life felt already like the best life anybody could live.

Thank you. Perhaps spamming it isnā€™t the way to go. Iā€™ll try to become more aware of how Iā€™m feeling and instead of looping it Iā€™ll just play it for around a hour.

I listened to this with oxytocin diver, brain key and already noticed a change in a week after consistent listenings to it, like for example going out and talking to strangers gotten easy and I feel this warmth comfort feeling, normally I get a little uneased and anxious when I go in crowded places, but seems that extroverted side of me is coming out and expanding like a inner fire that keeps on persisting, almost feel charismatic too like I can make up a story and make it 100% believable, will make a another update or post if results become more noticeable.

Finding myself to be more able to form secure attachments with people.

But in some deeper cases i still avoid it happening, still unsure of my capability of doing it.

I started listening to this one for a few days, and not sure how to ā€œmeasureā€ its effectivenessā€¦ I sure get the tinglesā€¦ but thatā€™s it. : )

For this one Iā€™d say results wonā€™t be too clear immediately. give it a few months to deeply rewire the brain for permanent results

for some reason i stopped using this a few weeks ago, but iā€™m starting again today

I think the only way to gauge this fieldā€™s effectiveness is to go out and interact with people.

One thing Iā€™ve noticed is that Iā€™m a lot more comfortable in giving people compliments or just having interactions with strangers in general.
(when my system isnā€™t fried of course, when im fried I dont want to interact w anyone lol)

Also, Iā€™ve had multiple experiences of meeting someone for the first time and for some reason they end up telling me their whole life story. Looking back its pretty funny, I just sit there and listen and ask as much good questions as possible.

I still havenā€™t fully actualized this field (theres definitely a lot more room to grow), but I trust that over time Iā€™ll become more socially adept.
