The Super Human Mutant

Let s say that today I listened to Super Human Mutant at 6 P.M.
It stays active for 17-20 hours (then I need to listen to it again, since it’s effects are gone), so it should be active until the next day, at 11 A.M., however due to my crazy and unreliable lifestyle (everything is chaos lol, including sleeping), I might listen to it again in the evening or anyway, past the 20 hours limit.

So I should set up my alarm anywhere between 8 A.M. and 11 A. M., to listen to it in time (12+ hours - up to 17 hours, since last listening, since 6 pm the previous day); now, this way, I might listen to it a little earlier than 17 hours, sometimes, hence why I asked if listening earlier than the 17 hours lifespan of the field, would be a problem (?).

Now, English is not my first language…
Well, I tried lol.

Dont worry about too much.

Just 1 time a day its good enough.

Its not like after the 17 hours all is gone from your system no, the field energy will fade away but the work done in the body harnessing and coupling the energy of all others will continue.

And then the next day it will just keep pushing where it left the day before.

Yeah, what Luna said. I would give it a rest some days if you do use the plasma. I feel just the Sun gaze and far infrared and near infrared would be fine daily. Plasma is a booster and like multiple other things. I had to ground for 2 hours one day after doing that for a couple days.

So again use the plasma 5-7mins every other day if you can handle the build up, but everything else you should be fine using daily.

This is surely an awesome pre-workout field.
I remembered about it today after few months or maybe years and not only my endurance and strength improved greatly, Im much faster as well

The OG field, this not only increases the sharpness of my eyesight for whatever reason, a massive boost in energy, I listen to it 3x every morning, helps me get out of bed much earlier, plus extreme stamina in the gym and faster recovery.
