It’s rare. To be able to take the PHYSICAL body of flesh and bones into the other dimensions. Anyone can do it (temporarily) with practice though with right instruction. I know you aren’t a big fan of Samael Aun Weor but he gave precise instructions on how. I’ve never tried. I think it’s in “Logos, Mantram, Theurgy” book. And others.
