In the study I posted above body temperature wasn’t increased at any dose.
It doesnt make sense, but that’s what the study says…

"Nevertheless, doses up to 200 mg/kg had no effect on body temperature "

These fields are some of the fastest acting for me. I get a belly going and I only have to use these a few days and it’s gone. A decent size belly too.

I would always expect an uncoupler to increase heat production, that’s kind of what they do: “waste” more calories through heat production. but biceps is human (I assume) and the study was done in mice so I’d give him the benefit of the doubt :wink:

Man, I’ve been sweating more easily today, it’s like 90° F here in Miami, but it’s harder for me too cool down after I’m already indoors, but tbh I’m grateful for it bro cuz that means i got some good blood flow going on right now and I’m probably more anabolic at the moment too(i feel more anabolic too), fair trade imo haha i much rather be hot than cold for bodybuilding, so this is perfect bro

This reminds me of when i first started listening to 20e pepper lol

Maybe I overlooked it; but it seems like te effects from the ‘fat burning genetic advantage’ are not included in this one.

Now I listen to the swords close to daily, and I was wondering if you guys think also listening to fat burning genetic advantage would be a good idea.

(I’m trying to have a sixpack in about a month, so I’m really aiming to perfect my fitness stack for that lol)

To me it seems the fat burning genetic advantage field works on different genes, from reading the description.

I’m at the gym right now, strength and endurance has very noticeably increased too, this field is the bomb haha reminds me of when i first listened to cardarine and my strength and endurance increased over night

Hey bro, need some advice:
Can BAM 15 be used just after furnace in a stack, because fat oxidization was advised to use after 30 minutes of furnace.
And, Superhuman mutant rna+ has also to do with mitochondria, can I use like this in stack:

  1. Twitch in time x2
  2. Positive power waves x3
  3. Furnace x1
  4. BAM 15 X3
  5. Superhuman Mutant RNA+ x3
  6. Full Spectrum light x3

The mice in the study did NOT loose lean mass just fat while on BAM15. Which is really hard to do in real life.

Can you give an educated guess on how long one listen lasts ? That still interests me.

BAM15 seems to downregulate some genes involved in all kinds of diseases from alzheimers to cancer and metabolic syndrome.

So it looks like you wont just get lean ,but also healthy with this one :slightly_smiling_face::+1:

Is that ketosis change part of the BAM15 field?

I started experimenting with it since Friday (3x/day) and it made me feel tired, hot, and lethargic and spiked my hunger cravings to the roof. Because of it, I overate yesterday but I strangely my weight dropped.

When I used Furnace for the first time I was feeling similar side effects but my body got used to it after a while. So I will continue to experiment with it though, maybe with fewer listens.

no, but it has some of the effects
as your fuel source is sorta switched from sugars directly to fat.

But not for the same reasons or ways people achieve it.

Okay thanks that’s good, not big fan of ketosis and uncoupling also increases carb oxidation!

So no low blood sugar needed with this one as for normal ketosis.

You use this stack before the gym?

If so, I’d either have positive power waves right at the beginning (to help fuel every thing else) or right at the end just before working out, I’d use this same logic with full spectrum light

And I’d have super human RNA right after BAM15 just as you have it since bam uncouples Mirochondria and RNA detoxes it

But then again, perhaps it’s better to detox it before uncoupling it …

My intuition says RNA second though
