May I ask if this will remove my natural butt fat? I want to lose weight + fat on my body but not really on my butt too much. I know there’s a field for the butt but () I really like my natural butt with my curves.

I was sweating like a mad man a few hours ago haha it was after some walking but i was barely sweating while walking, i was dripping from my face and everything. It’s 82° F tonight. I usually don’t sweat so much, I’m digging it though haha

If you loose fat in general you also loose some on your but . It depends on hormones and genetics .
You typically loose weight in a specific order, some areas really don’t like to give up their fat but that’s also kind of individual . If you lost weight before you should know where you loose it first.

Honestly if I were you and I wanted my butt to stay roundish I would listen to o adipose but also do the automated gluteal workout. Then your butt will be shapely and have some muscle to it as well
