Vitamin E’s main role is to act as an anti oxidant, i figured the antioxidant formula would cause the body to produce some of it even though it doesnt produce it naturally on its own
If I was you I’d just listen to the BAM field for now.
Seems to work for everyone, while the other fields dont work for everybody for some reason
The effects of say glutathione and vitamin E definitely overlap. But vitamin E is a lot more than an anti-oxidant.
And vitamin A wouldnt be covered by this. So I’d still take some vitamin A and E just to be sure.

Just fyi I get those with regular fat loss (i don’t have the field yet), and they do go away. I make sure I eat my olive oil, great source of vitamin E
For Olive oil it’s better to consume it in Raw form or like just sprinkling/adding with the food after all the cooking is over… Coz it has extremely low boiling point so the oil produces more free radicals as soon as you use it for cooking or heating !!

It was a good read my Italian mate… But still I am bit confused about the conclusion… Guess Olive oil for cooking is still in vulnerable zone (?)
I wouldn’t bake with it at 450 (F) for an hour, but light sautéing and putting it in the sauce should be good

These two studies talk about the anti-cancer effect of BAM15.
Especially the leukemia one seems promising with the animal study showing :
“In vivo investigations revealed that BAM15 effectively suppressed AML progression and prolonged the survival time of mice.”
BAM for breast cancer:
"Collectively, these data indicate that mitochondrial uncoupling may be an effective strategy to limit proliferation of aggressive forms of breast cancer. "

Citrate synthase was increased about 3-fold.

Therefore muscle mitochondria content was more than doubled in BAM15 treated mice!

Yesterday I listned to BAM15 for the first time.
Felt pretty lethargic and down most of the time.
I noticed a big increase in endurance when hiking in the forest didn’t have to mouthbreathe the whole time!
Also notice increase in heat / body temperature.
