This morning, I decided to work again with the fields “The Swords of Adipose Annihilation.”

Once again, I noticed that with The Furnace, I experience sensations in my abdominal area. About two hours later, my urine became a very deep golden yellow. It reminds me of the color of my urine during my 8½-day fast a few days ago. Therefore, I consider this to be a very positive sign :+1:t5:.

In addition, I am experiencing a very pronounced increase in hunger.

  • BAM15
  • Gila Monster
  • Others fields

Regarding Oxidized Fat, I have a question. If fat cells are damaged in order to promote adipoptosis, would there be fewer fat cells remaining that could serve as a source of stem cells? I would like to preserve a certain reserve of fat cells because of their potential role as a stem cell reservoir.

I will continue my research to better understand these processes.

The improvement in my liver and kidney health, along with the reduction of certain cancer cells and other imbalances, seems to allow my body to handle, at least for now, the possible side effects associated with fat cell destruction (the release of toxins and acidic waste products) quite well :+1:t5:.

You don’t need to worry about this, you will have enough far for this… unless you get as skinny as bodybuilders on stage, I’m not sure about them

Funny, I also remembered this field a few days ago and started using it

Ok , Thanks for your reply @MonkeyOwl :slightly_smiling_face:

1. Fat cells (adipocytes)

  • Their role is to store energy (fat).
  • In adults, their number is fairly stable.
  • They can shrink or expand very quickly depending on diet and hormones.

2. When you lose fat (fasting, dieting)

  • You don’t really “remove” fat cells.
  • You mainly empty them.
  • They simply become smaller.

3. If fat cells are destroyed

  • The body can indeed lose some of them (in medical or theoretical cases).

  • However:

    • some fat cells always remain
    • and there are also precursor (stem-like) cells

4. Does the body recreate them?

  • Yes, but slowly and only if needed
  • New fat cells come from stem/progenitor cells
  • A fat cell never turns back into a stem cell

5. Does this prevent fat regain?

  • :x: No

  • Fat regain mainly depends on:

    • calorie surplus
    • insulin
    • hormones
    • stress / sleep / activity level

:point_right: Even with fewer fat cells, the remaining ones can refill very quickly

6. Key idea to remember

The body does not rely on the number of fat cells to rapidly store fat.
It mainly depends on overall energy and hormonal balance.

Simple mental image

  • Fat cells = “balloons”
  • Losing fat = deflating balloons
  • Removing some = fewer balloons
  • Regaining fat = quickly refilling remaining balloons + creating new ones if needed

Yes this is correct

However basically (quoting ChatGPT here as well):
all else being equal—same appetite, same hormones, same activity level, same calorie surplus—a person with more fat cells generally has a greater capacity to store fat. The fat cells that were previously enlarged and then shrunk can refill.

So your cells wont store fat if there is no excess energy available…
however, if there is some excess, then having more fat cells makes it overall more efficient for the body to store that excess - so in the end that means easier weigh gain under the same circumstances.

This is not the first time I’m reading my own testimonial like “ah yeah that is exactly what I am noticing now”
Keep it up @SammyG please
