Would anybody knowledgeable tell me does the vibration of OM tackles everything that is holding me back in order for me to reach high vibrations? I don’t really have a lot of knowledge about how vibrations work. All I have ever read was high vibration = better life, but never read about how with high vibrations comes with major detox.

Well im not sure if your case is particular because (correct me if im wrong):
You love looping to end of times lol audios like the Ultimate Integration Tool, The Physical Integration one im not sure of the name, (wearing the tag also to push results) i dont know if you are looping the Om audio plus wearing the Mandala 24/7. And that concoction is not a joke.
If i am correct then its expected to feel like you do.
The Vibration of Om alone: creates momentum, expands, pushes, strengthens and empowers other fields so if you add to that all what ive mentioned is like filling a car with oil and gas even when already full and make it drive non stop to the max speed. Then keep driving it same way when running out of gas and oil. What you think would happen?
If im wrong then just go back an start slowly. Dont wear it daily, if you wear it just play a couple of loops the audios a couple of days a week.
Dont rush things brother. Less is more. Specially in the case of fields.
Youve said here and there about how you dont mind suffering pushing yourself because you just want to break through.

Haha yeah brother, I love pushing myself to the limit. I actually have been using the mandala alone and realized what you said about looping… maybe I should leave integration alone for a while and focus on the mandala alone. I remember when I first got the mandala I experienced for the first time “inner peace and happiness and then I got too sidetracked by looping various audios all day.

Eeehhhh I managed to handle the detox phase by looping internal alchemical crucible and emotional release. Now headaches, sadness, and low vibrations are sort of gone.
Oh man, this audio is something else man. When I was meditating to the audio, I was so sleepy and just had a wonderful high vibrational dream then woke up feeling good.
Btw I’m listening to the audio a lot to integrate faster with the mandala. I feel great.
Looking back at the Vibration of Creation, can’t believe this I get a chance to experience a more potent higher vibrational field with this.
Damn I must be vibrationally that messed up if I constantly feeling terrible lol. Short breath, headaches, worries, feeling more anxious, etc. internal crucible and emotional release were helping but then the mandala decided to retaliate harder by making me feel more shit.
Had to take off the mandala just to feel better and I did feel better. The moment I put it back on, a quick moment of feeling bliss followed by a hammer hitting my face. The fuck dude lol, give me a break.
One moment it makes me feel high then the next moment it plays with my feelings.
you must have some whopping resistance to be experiencing it that much. Usually it just means your out of alignment… it doesn’t have to be a big deal it’s just how your feeling that makes a difference like for example you can choose to focus on things to give gratitude for and refocus out of noticing those bad feelings cause your giving air time to things that bother you therefore your out of alignment so your kinda fighting it.
Just my 2 cents… just find things to feel good about and shift your focus =)
Honestly, I have been focusing on good things, but it’s hard to focus when the feelings don’t align with the thoughts. Meditation is one of the ways I try to tame this mandala, and I would have to do it constantly. I just hope i can get through this phase within a month. Thank you.
it doesn’t have to be big things, it can be going outside and enjoying the sunshine and or going for a walk around your local park and noticing things to be grateful for like the trees and the plants and the animals and the abundant highways with many efficient routes to bring abundant goods to people (things like that), or funny movies that make you laugh, good music that makes you move…
things to detract from what you were noticing… and meditation for longer then 20 minutes a day and I know some people will probably have a differing opinion on this because they do it all day everyday and thats perfectly fine for them but anything past 20 mins a day the mind kinda wants to fight you back on that. State of appreciation = Just like meditation and alignment.
Just be easy and nicer to yourself… take a nice soothing bath and or make yourself something you enjoy for a snack or easy things like that and you’ll see how quick it starts to shift as your higher self is also wanting these things for you and is in alignment. =)
and also theres a factor of negative momentum your trying to buck the current of so that might be what your also experiencing and turning towards the way of alignment and it takes a little time of adjusting.

How come when it comes to audio, we experience a more profound effects compared to mandala? No doubt mandala works, I feel good with my mandala but when I connect with the audio I’m on a whole another new level. I thought audio and mandala are supposed to be equally powerful or profound. It’s interesting when connecting with OM
No, its always been known that audios are stronger, mandalas are designed to be worn 24/7 or at least 15 if some people like to put them away to sleep. So they integrate slower to not overwhelm you
