So, which one do you prefer? :)
Both since they don’t replace each other. This one works on certain personality characteristics while ego dissolution is for better understanding of ego based pattern and changing them.

Yo this field is super nice, I avoided it because it was just talking, but tried working with it through one of the nft’s that can play audios and it does wonders for ‘mental health’ and just making you feel in alignment or normal. Also helps boost the effects of everything else when this is the case

To me this field is like a “flow” field. So I’ve always wondered if it can be listened to alongside resilience, or if it would be better to focus on one. Any ideas?
