Thoughts on my Stacks?

After reading through various threads - esp _OM and TheAscendingBicep posts - how does the below stack look? Any suggestions? Thanks

After Breakfast and After Dinner Stack (twice in a day)

Goal: Boost metabolism, increase nutrient absorption

Well, for weight loss combo, you could add one individual audio, which you think might work better. As you said before, if it doesnt work.

Awesome! I edited the stack to remove it. That reduces the time from 7.5 to 7 hours!! Yeeey!

In my workout stack - I did replace the Combo with two individual audios. For the “after food” stack, I left it at the combo because the individual audios seem too long!

Your stack seems good, but I think your sleep stack has too many audios. Be careful as that might overload your energy body. Try using attunement card.

I’ve been using this for a few months, more or less seems fine so far, but I will continue to monitor if overload occurs… The big change is the addition of soul restoration audios.

Also, I have tags - IPF, Chakra, Advanced Healing, Cognition, APE, Eternity, Weight Loss.

I have considered removing some audios to avoid redundancy (like Chakra Seris for e.g.) - but still a little torn on it. For e.g. Advanced Healing audio feels way different to me than the energy from the corresponding tag. Weight Loss tag is the only one that I think has pretty much been ineffective for me…

Here are a few ideas.

AMPK: The Energy Enzyme also boosts metabolism and increases insulin sensitivity.

Have you considered adding Myostatin from Patreon every so often?

Perhaps Liver Cirrhosis (liver restoration), Endocrine System Rejuvenation and the Politics of the Body fields for organ health?

(Edit: Perhaps Pleurisy for lung restoration too as lung function declines over time as the body ages.)

Luteinizing hormone and Follicle-stimulating hormone from Patreon could be added to the hormone stack.

BDNF (Patreon) and Nerve Growth Factor are along the same theme of longevity, nervous system improvement and neuron preservation.

Radiation Removal might be helpful to add as it contains a DNA damage suppressor.

Bone Marrow Strengthening and Rejuvenation would support stem cell production, general health and longevity as well.

How about a few Longevity Series or antioxidant fields? Here is a list of all fields in those categories:

Edit: The Schuman Resonance could be added too.

Thanks @uial EXCELLENT suggestions. I will now create a once a week and once a month Stack to include some of these audios!

Alternately, probably I need two Night stacks - so that the time is manageable and not too long! So that I can cover all the goodies and alternate the two stacks every other night!!!

Till a few weeks ago, when I was working from home, I could listen to quite a few audis. Now that I am back to work place, its really hard to manage to listen to my playlists haha …
