In my workout stack - I did replace the Combo with two individual audios. For the “after food” stack, I left it at the combo because the individual audios seem too long!
Your stack seems good, but I think your sleep stack has too many audios. Be careful as that might overload your energy body. Try using attunement card.
I’ve been using this for a few months, more or less seems fine so far, but I will continue to monitor if overload occurs… The big change is the addition of soul restoration audios.
Also, I have tags - IPF, Chakra, Advanced Healing, Cognition, APE, Eternity, Weight Loss.
I have considered removing some audios to avoid redundancy (like Chakra Seris for e.g.) - but still a little torn on it. For e.g. Advanced Healing audio feels way different to me than the energy from the corresponding tag. Weight Loss tag is the only one that I think has pretty much been ineffective for me…
Thanks @uial EXCELLENT suggestions. I will now create a once a week and once a month Stack to include some of these audios!
Alternately, probably I need two Night stacks - so that the time is manageable and not too long! So that I can cover all the goodies and alternate the two stacks every other night!!!
Till a few weeks ago, when I was working from home, I could listen to quite a few audis. Now that I am back to work place, its really hard to manage to listen to my playlists haha …
