Hi, nothing to update after 2 more weeks, still the same.
I think I suffer from āachalasiaā itās a condition where your stomach valve doesnt function normally. The cause is not known but it seems to be a lack of oesophagial muscles relaxation, or an autoimmune cause, or a bacterian cause (h pylori ?) ā¦ no clear explanation.
Maybe I should stop listening to throat fields since this condition doesnt involve the throat, and switch to gastric fields. But in the past Iāve already listened to this kind of fields without much success.
I am losing hope.
I think I am going to take more tangible things, like supplements adviced for gastric problems, like HCL, apple cider vinegar, licorice DGL, enzymes, probiotics, etc.
Maybe I am not a good candidate for frequency therapy unfortunately.
Thatās a pity for me.
But I am glad others find relief with morphic fields, Sapien is a wonderful human being for offering this.

Like you said autoimmune lol- isnāt it possible to like just go to a rheumatologist to rule it out rather than fret
Because if you can actually know fo sho whatās going on,
A more cohesive and targeted approach can be formulated, aka you can optimize your stack listening 
But like if you canāt for some reason
Then follow your gutt (no pun intended) and listen to the one you feel will help you.

Hi Makhai,
I have very successfully used the iron gullet for reflux problems both by looping it when I get reflux to get relief and by having it in my daily list for maintenance.
I am happy to report that I experience way less reflux than I used to.

I switched to throat exercices to relax the muscles in this area. They are soothing.
There are swallowing exercices especially designed for this kind of problems so I am doing them regularly.
Listening to religious chants too.
Well for the autoimmune part itās kind of tricky to test for this, unfortunately itās not like a sugar test. Many deseases are due to autoimmune causes but itās just suppositions we donāt know how to check for it to be sure. Take Colitis for example, some āexpertsā say it has an autoimmune cause, without being able to prove it.
There are autoimmune conditions we know how to test for (lupus for example) but many others we donāt know. So I canāt go to a specialist and ask them hey I have dysphagia please test me for autoimmune desease
Plus doctors only know to treat the symptoms, for example for achalasia (swallowin problem due to oesophagus narrowing) they prescribe an oesophagus dilatation without looking for the initial cause. Or they simply donāt know what is the cause, as often. This will only be a band aid.
Thanks for the suggestions about other fields, I still listen to fields from time to time, maybe everyday/everynight is too much so I slowed down a bit.
Yes fields are different from frequencies sorry for the confusion. In Sapienās fields we can clearly hear frequencies playing in the background, thatās why I made the confusion and called them frequencies. Sorry for this.
