Hi, I’ve been using the same stack for a few days now, and I was wondering how long I should wait between one audio, and the next. Usually, I play one audio for 2-3 times, then wait about an hour or more to play the next one. Is this necessary? Could I just play the next video immediately? Thanks.

Yes, but pause is good too.

Can I listen to one video after another? Will listening to the same one back to back have a stronger effect?
Yes you may listen to one video after another. Listening to the same one back to back will amplify its effect. I recommend not listening to the same one more than 3 times in a row.

Was there someone on here mentioning that a break is necessary? They said it was mentioned in the course, but I didn’t find anything about that on there…
Perhaps they were referring to the breaks recommended after listening to specific audios in the Energy Awakening Course.
