Ulcerative Colitis/IBS Stomach Help

Are you taking lactobacillus? That bothered me so much when I took them. I take an all bifido complex
now from seeking health, and it’s helped instead of hurt. Different people can be sensitive to different things, definitely glad you’re doing better with what you’re doing though

My head hurts when taking only 1 strain of probiotics: bifido longum which is anti histamine and is good for ibs… it does feel good down there but up here is forehead nerve pain.

Then Im thinking sibo as only possible problem, because taking some types of probiotics when you have sibo May worsen the bloating and thus headache.

I feel like my food intolerances are gone, dont know how but I dont react like i used to do now to especially sauerkraut, which before i would get a big amount of bloating.

I can also take my probiotics without getting a headache

Induced Hepatocyte Growth Factor works very good for me, as I rely on it for allergies (15-30 minutes, in the morning and before sleeping) and I did not took medication for allergies (anti histamines) since AUGUST!!
I still take my inhaler, though, but someday, I’ll get rid of it, when my asthma and viruses trouble go away.

If I don’t listen to the bacteria field (or any field targeting the Intestinal flora), but just this field, do I need probiotics then?

The old(er) stomach and Intestinal Ulcers healing doesn’t require it/probiotics since it doesn’t target bacteria, but Idk about this field.

Edit/Context: I have had some pain, for the last few weeks in my esophagus area, sometimes abdominal pain too, mild discomfort, nothing too bad.

probiotics are always good idea, they require time to work and quantity. so the longer you take them the better for you.

Also adding to what Maoshan said.

Vagus Nerve one is underrateeeed when it comes to digestive issues.

Loop it as much as you need, the relief is insane.
