Ultimate Reiki - Star Exercise Meditation

I don’t know if there is any difference. I did not want to read the long text instruction and so I just looked for a video explanation on YouTube.

I felt like nothing significant , i did it thrice till now, doubting if i did it right, but will continue, will update when i feel something

Today, for the first time felt an intense heat in solar plexus

I was running late to work today and didn’t have time to make my daily coffee and was like I’ll be fine without it today. But after a few hours I was like naw I need my coffee lol and started playing all the audios that give energy like super mutant & plasma stuff but I still felt super tired and probably because I haven’t been getting much sleep lately. So I was browsing the forum and found this star exercise by accident and thought it looked easy enough to do and decided to give it a go during my lunch break. I was standing in the pose breathing in super fast I think I did like 30 breathes in/out and after I felt super light headed and decided to slowly take a seat then I think I blacked out for a few seconds then felt a surge of energy flowing in me feels very much like negentropic chi but stronger. Honestly surprised I never gave this a shot before this will be my go to from now on.

I just did this literally right now for the first time and my feet and hands were tingling so much my feet felt like I was about to start floating but I think I was gonna fall over from this so I stopped but It felt good and I felt more energy after no insane effects though I’ll see in a couple hours if anything happens

Is it normal to feel the tingling less and less each time? The first time I did it I felt so much but now I feel less

I did it 2 times today and I started sweating on the second time

It happens to me.

With this exercise you should be hyperventilating. I think the body builds tolerance to it (to a degree…I nuked that big hand vein and took some days to recover by overdoing Wim Hof once).

It always works better for me after a while of not practicing than if I do regularly. It seems I’m almost immune to hyperventilating now. I go quite wild and still…

Well, although most tricks don’t work for me anymore, rythmic breathing seems to be the most consistent one. Hard to do it when breathing as hard as you can but building that flow seems to bring the symptoms faster.

Then, if what you’re feeling is energy, you may need to focus more, or else open your attention and see if you recover some sensitivity.

(Or use some field before and go full super saiyan xD).

Bro Can I Inhale through mouth if my nose is blocked/Conjusted?

I’ve transcended this mortal life in last 10 days lol
Used to do this exercise all day long in forest near river and different pranayamas
I had no internet there so could not inform myself about proper breathing so i did it in Wim Hof manner while visualising energy build up in solar plexus (Few times even got unconscious lmao)
First morning star exercise round i did with playlist of :

  • Fa Jing Gong
  • Kundalini Awakening (Freedom)
  • Torsion field
  • Chi infusion
  • Pranic Swirls
    15 minutes in total
    Than listened Chi compression into lower dantien and Jing infusion
    Rest a bit, read book and go back to the forest and practicing star and pranayama
    Never felt healthier and more energized

And seems like Torsion field + Pranic swirls are super boosters for Star

P.S. Somewhere in between the day i would use also Orgone 2-3x, Jindan and Mstate Gold

how long can i do this exercise for? I usually aim for 2 or 3 minutes, was wondering what the max is

I also do it for no more than 4-5 minutes
Wonder what is optimal time?

Just do it until you feel a strong tingeling all over your body.

I tried this exercise today and didn’t feel anything. I had a hard time with the intense breathing and keeping my arms up. I think because I was outside in the grass I was worried about the heat and also if anyone would hear me. I’ll start doing it inside and maybe take slower intense breaths. I have a hard time visualizing as well and in my mind I’m trying to do everything OM says to do.

Tried this exercise today as well and feeling a bit let down as I’m still not feeling anything and I have a hard time focusing on multiple things at once. I feel I get tired breathing intensely and then I can’t visualize properly. Not sure what to do but I’m going to keep going. Any advice would be appreciated.

hey man yeah just keep doing it and youll eventually feel it also remember to say the affirmations

doing it outside while barefoot standing on grass acutally makes it more intense for me so maybe you could try that, also dont breath until you get tired, being tired takes away from the experience

so if you arms start hurting just do the breath while resting your arms and then bring them back up when your ready but yeah dont worry about the number of breaths just keep doing it 2 times a day and eventually yo7ll feel something

also another tip is take a cold shower and after you come out do the excercise (dont do it in the shower its dangerous) i find that also makes it rlly intense
