Im torn between this one and the sleep one. Which of those ia better suited for sensory regulation? Im easily over stimulated :(

I have found that the Mind of the Meditation Master NFT is helpful with sleep, so it makes me think that this Unwind My Mind audio will start teaching your body to chill and will eventually carry over into your sleep patterns. how is it for you

Ive been trying it for a few days. I also bought the sleep one.
With this one I do notice a difference in how well I can handle stimuli in general, but Ive been listening a few others alongside this one.
As for the sleeping one Im not quite sure I can sense something in particular yet.
