Puppy unearthed 6,000 pounds worth of gold
The puppy Ollie has just appeared in an English family, but has already become worth its weight in gold, after he dug up several gold sovereigns worth almost 6,000 pounds sterling ($ 7,564).
Adam Clark, bought Ollie, a Cagotto Romagnolo puppy, a month ago to surprise his nine-year-old daughter Alicia.
This breed is known for constantly digging the ground — especially in search of truffles — and on March 30, during his first walk through the local English fields, the dog stumbled upon a fortune.
To the complete delight and surprise of its owner, the puppy unearthed 15 gold sovereigns, most likely dating back to the 19th century.

Canadian conductor Brad Slator at the end of the shift decided to check the tram in which he works for malfunctions.

Suddenly, a plaintive meowing was heard from under the wheels. It was winter, the thermometer showed -40°C.

The homeless cat wanted to hide from the cold under the wheels, but it didn’t help, the poor cat was freezing.

It was a miracle that Brad was there at this crucial moment. He pulled out the exhausted animal, took it home, warmed it up and left it to live with him.

Now these two are inseparable friends, and the cat, who was given the name Q199 in honor of the fateful tram, never freezes again.

The albino baby Jolene had little chance of survival. At the age of three months, the wallaby fell out of her mother’s bag, and her parent did not accept her back.
“It doesn’t happen that often,” said local farm worker Heather Hogarty. — It happens that if a child has spent about an hour outside the parent’s bag, the mother can already give it up"
Usually kangaroos and wallabies do not leave their safe zone for six months. Therefore, Jolene could really die without maternal care. Thanks to Heather, that didn’t happen!
An employee of the farm built a “bag” out of her T-shirt and carried a baby in it. And also gave her a bottle of goat’s milk, which helped Jolene get the necessary vitamins and minerals.
Now Jolene is six months old, and she is a healthy and cheerful wallaby, who has already begun to communicate with relatives and other farm staff.
