Upper body workout and leg

Guys. So I been using both of these audio for 2 days now. And I joke you not. My muscles growing :joy: I barely do anything. What would happen if I keep continuing the use of the video? Will I be more bulky?

Btw can the core straightening make my stomach have that 6 packs muscles? Or I have to do exercise for that?

Well as u found out they definately work. Treat them like a workout, which they are and best to skip a day in between use (to rest the muscle and let it repair) To get a 6 pack u would have to bring your bodyfat % pretty low to show that kind of defination. Of course u could also use some more fields to help burn fat. This is best done by also following a healthy way of eating and cleaning up your diet.

Hey, I was just looking at the upper body and lower body/leg workout fields again. There is some testosterone added to it, so maybe keep the listening time a little bit lower. If you want something different, there’s a Myostatin inhibiting field that can increase muscle and doesn’t tinker with your hormones at all. Maybe try that one. It should help you build more muscle with less effort.

Captain mentioned in the comments there that you play it three times tops and you’re good. And I think the effects last for a few weeks. Just some food for thought :blush:

Oh my… I think I been abusing the field then. I was using it 3 times a day for two days straight. I was about to play to again just this morning.

You’ll be fine. I’m sure there are plenty of women who use the workout fields with test in them. Some prefer not to. The idea is that you get to make an informed decision about your body.

Hey everyone. I just want to update. Please don’t over use this fields. I swear my legs and body feels so sore… :sob:the muscles keep growing even when I stop the field :sweat_smile::joy: this is no joke.

Especially the legs. It feels so weird to even walk like I did some hard workout that I did when I was in my preteen age.

I still haven’t pop any pain killers though but I want to. I use the pain control sigil and it always work but I still can feel the heavy feeling especially around my legs… It’s just so strange feeling

Side note

For now I will only listen to this field every Sunday morning.
