So for any of my audios that utilize the “Full Reiki Attunement” process (even if they’re not called that, Presence of Metatron uses that same system), they very specifically draw the symbol or seal in light in the chakras of your palms, and channel that energy into your aura, so you can simply hold a crystal or beverage in your hands to charge it.
You may find it useful to draw the symbol in light with your finger on it as well.
