Yes, but don’t listen to any field for 15-20 minutes so your subconscious focuses on the card.

Should I take off my items even though that field and the card field could support each other ?
Can I sleep after activation ?

Items are fine, you can listen to a field as well, it will still work, but the less “tasks” you give yourself the easier and more efficient.
And yeah you can sleep lol.

Good to know thanks. Is there any benefit to use the attunement card more than once or was that just meant to be used once ?

You can use it again to upgrade I guess, but once should be enough to work with the cards.

Always activate the Attunement Card first (This is meant to set-up your system). The following day, you can use, activate any other card in the psychic card system, use only one card per day. Over time as you use them regularly, Sapien stresses that you will not need to use the Attunement Card anymore. All you need is to think of the card you wish to use and it will already activate.

I use them. I have a 4x6 (with added white space) set of photos from Walmart of them. I gave another set away to someone who needed them.
They do feel stronger now.

I use it more than all the other cards combined. Every time you use it it grows your energy system.

Tried Shield. Not only feels stronger, but energy also seems different from when I used it last week!
