My take from this is to care about your diet, first. Heart disease and cancer killed more people than COVID by a long-shot. People who enjoy charts and data, this page from the CDC has more than enough.
I’m not saying these C-19 deaths don’t matter or aren’t real. I’m only saying we maybe gave it more weight and power than it should’ve had in the first place. It took the world by “surprise” which I think increased the anxiety, fear, and weight we may have attached to it. I believe we need to look inward and start the change there first before blaming anything “outside” our physical bodies. I will probably never willingly take the vaccine.

I’ve had enough vaccinations in my military service. I haven’t had one since leaving the military. To include not one single flu vaccine.
Times I was sick in the military - countless in 8 years.
Times I’ve been sick since leaving - once? maybe twice? in the past 4 years. And since I’ve started energy work and daily meditation, I haven’t been sick a single time (past 2 years).

Anyone with access to sapien med should be very healthy (for the most part) and have no need for vaccines, especially cuz we have the corona field, which ive verified works.

I used to take the flu vaccine every year. I would get pneumonia every winter even with that.

I’ve never had the flu vaccine, when I was a teenager I didn’t even know it existed. it’s not that much of a thing in (eastern) Europe, I don’t know anyone who gets it 
Anyway we have less obligatory vaccines than in the US and they start later in the child’s life. But the ones we have are properly obligatory, no way around it.
I got the recommended shots before going to a tropical country and I’m happy to keep the tetanus up to date - when the zombie/
apocalypse hits I don’t want to die because of a rusty nail lol

I didn’t have any vaccine in years… I never go to the doctor. Who tells me when I need to take one ?

Not against vaccines, just never thought about it.

Nah no one tells you, you have to ask.
My vacation a few years ago wasnt exactly the most sophisticated, more like off road/jungle, so I went to the center before and told them I was going to X country, what should I get.
I took with me the records of what I got when.
They look at that + the country and tell you what is outdated from what you’ve had and what is recommended or needed for the country.
Its good to check because there are some countries where having gotten X vaccine is like a visa, you’re not getting in without it (typically yellow fever).

I took the flu vaccines attacks a few times and the cold and alleries didn’t improve.
A former workmate told me the same.
My grandfather died of tetanus many years ago

Well the “vaccine topic” its a bit complex from my perspective , but maybe a full detox from heavy metals do what you are searching for :)
