Will the results be the same or is one better than the other with either watching the video or to listen to the video.

Some videos like the Sun Gazer aside, listening is enough.

You only need to listen. From the FAQ, it is says you only need to consciously hear the audio for it to work.

Do we really need to watch the sun gazing video? I’ve never seen a definitive answer.

No, it’s not necessary to watch The Sun Gazer video for the field to work. Just listening is enough. 
(The same field is on Patreon in an audio file format, and also works as such.)
You can choose to watch the video if you like. Watching videos which are programmed with the respective field may strengthen the effects of the field.

No worries. Hmm, it’s possible watching the video has additional effects.

Just listening is fine. Watching the video doesn’t really give additional benefits.
