Sure. If you feel, that 4 bowls aren’t enough, then try it with 8 bowls.
After 8 bowls I am always high enough to jump astral and handle any attack, but I usually lack the motivation.

I had a an OBE or unintentional astral projection or whatever experience two days ago.
I felt myself looking down at my body in my upstairs bedroom of my parents and saw this thing with black aura everything before I merged back with my body and realizing it wasn’t some dream but something else.
Felt like some insidiouos movie, floatin sensations and everything.
Wasn’t too scary but i remembered as a child I had similar experience where I found myself by the stairs of my old house away from my sleeping body with these things too, but less visible at that time.
can somebody help me understand this? I can give more details.
