Weight loss/Insulin resistance Stack Advice Needed

Hi, I have tried Sapien’s audios many times in past but always stopped listening after a week or so since didn’t get concrete results or life got in the way. Now I want to really give this a genuine shot so started reading up more and came across this forum… never knew it existed!

I have been trying to seriously lose weight since 2.5 years… need to lose 30-35 lbs. I have tried intermittent fasting extensively, but I lose and then gain back the weight… not able to keep up the willpower. Now I am at a point where I am prediabetic. I am insulin resistant and have fatty liver.

Researching here and on YT comments sections… I have come up with this stack to start my day…

The Exorcism Rite version 2.0
Trauma Release and Healing (energetic/morphic programmed audio)
Subconscious Limits (Removal) Ver 2.0 (Energy Programmed)
Love, Gratitude and Appreciation (Energetically Programmed Audio)
Forgiveness and Release
Emotional Release

These are audios I see recommended for insulin resistance…

Diabetes Type I and II Treatment (Energetically Programmed Audio)
Pancreas Regeneration (energetically programmed audio)
Endocrine System Rejuvenation (Energetic/Morphic programmed audio)
Meno-Unpause (unpause your menstral cycle, Energetically Programmed Audio)
Automated Workout System (energetic and morphic programming in audio)
AMPK: The Energy Enzyme (Activation) (Energetically Programmed Audio)

And these 2 seem very effective for weight loss…

Weight loss combo (just downloded from Patreon)
Transform Fat to Stem Cells (Energetic/ Psychic Programmed Audio)

I know these are a lot of fields to start with… I am also tempted to listen to chi-jing-shen-transmutation and also willpower, confidence, attention and focus types audios.

Kindly help me chose the best audios to start with. My main priority is weight loss, but underlying cause is insulin resistance and fatty liver so don’t know where to start.

Thanks!!

Hi @Tiya, welcome to the forum!

The audios you’ve listed are a great starting point.

Those are great audios. Most create energetic changes rather than physical changes so you can listen to as many as you like.

So long as you don’t feel overwhelmed with them, the audios you’ve listed don’t seem like too many fields to start with as most are non-physical changes or temporary hormone and enzyme boosts.

(Edit: You can also add Energy Body/Aura Deep Clearing Cleaning at the beginning of your stack as it can clear junk energies and help the other audios work more effectively.)

Liver Cirrhosis Treatment and Stem Cells and Scar Tissue Removal will treat fatty liver.

Stem Cells and Scar Tissue Removal will also help heal other organs and systems which might be contributing to insulin resistance and fatty liver. It is an updated version which contains Transform Fat to Stem Cells combined with other fields.

Best of luck! Let us know how it goes if you like. :slightly_smiling_face:

Wow thanks for such quick response!

I do feel overwhelmed by so many audios. Whatever I start, I should listen to 2-3 times daily… right? Today is day 2 of listening to the insulin resistance stack and my body is quiet sore. Seems it’s due to the Automated Workout?

Oh! I missed out mentioning Energy Body/Aura Deep Clearing Cleaning! I started Point of no return stack today and that was first on the list.

I will check out the Stem Cells and Scar Tissue Removal one! It sounds interesting and better.

I had another naive question… I know Sapien recommends we can listen to these audios while doing other work… even while talking. But I get interrupted a lot by my daughter while listening though earphones. Does it break the effect? Should I continue to listen or start again?

Thanks so much!! I will keep updating here!

You’re welcome, glad to be of help!

2-3 times daily isn’t required. 1 time daily can be enough as well. It can be a bit different for everyone as we are all unique individuals, so see you how go and how you’re feeling as you listen and adjust your listening based on that. :slightly_smiling_face:

The soreness is most likely due to the Automated Workout. If you feel overwhelmed by the soreness, you could listen less times and listen to After Workout Muscle Recovery. It’s also not necessary to listen to Automated Workout System daily. You can listen to it as often or as little as you like.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the number of audios, you could try listening less times or removing a few of them from your stack.

Diabetes Type I and II Treatment may be slightly redundant. Panceas Regeneration contains an updated version of the betatrophin field in Diabetes Type I and II Treatment and is much shorter in length.

It’s sort of a newer version which removes scar tissue and fat buildup and contains stem cells as well. It also regenerates beta cells and increases insulin sensitivity but does not contain the rev-erba targeted to muscle (another way to increase insulin sensitivity) in Diabetes Type I and II Treatment.

That’s great. :slightly_smiling_face:

It doesn’t break the effect. The audios can be more effective if your focus or subconscious are engaged with the energies but they will still work if you listen while doing other things. :slightly_smiling_face:

Many people report that they find the audios most effective in a meditative state or with closed eyes, so it’s also possible to listen less times and experience more effective results using those techniques.

You can ask your subconscious to engage with the energies, even while doing other things, using this tip written by Sam from the Sapien team:

Two things to also keep in mind (both thanks to @Philip_Weiss) - make sure you are on a calorie deficit. If there is a significant amount of calorie surplus, these fields don’t work as well. Get enough protein as weight loss without muscles looks bad.

Essentially, what I’ve learned is that right eating combined with these fields gives great results. At least for me, just the fields and eating surplus calories did nothing.

Thanks @uial for the detailed response. I really appreciate that.

I have cut down on my insulin and weight loss stack. I have made this list… plannign to listen to each field twice back-to-back:

Liver Cirrhosis Treatment x2
Pancreas Regeneration x2
Stem Cells and Scar Tissue Removal x2
Automated Workout System x2
Weight loss combo x2

Hope this seems okay? The order too? Is trying for a week good to see if it’s effective for me?

I will try to take out time to listen in a meditative state.

Thanks so much!!

@Maoshan_Wanderer thanks for poiting these out! I am not counting calories nowadays… but will be more mindful now. I was hoping for my food intake to go down as many people report, but you are right… I need to make an effort from my end too.

I do get enough protein so not worried about that as of now.

What I am understanding now is… we need to make a conscious effort from our part (for example weight loss)… and these fields will help to boost those efforts.

Thanks!

Here is my thought.

  • Weight Loss Combo includes 3 fields: Automated workout system, the Fat Burning Genetic Advantage and the Thermogenic Weight Loss. So you probably need not add “Automated Workout System” again
  • Instead, I use Super Metabolism Boost and Weight Loss with Cellulite Reduction X 2.
  • I also use 3 workout audios - Cardio, Core Strengthening, Stomach Crunching and Toning X 3 - these seem to cover core areas for fat
  • I always end it with Muscle Restoration X 3

I am following this since 3 days along with the point of no return stack…

Liver Cirrhosis Treatment x2
Pancreas Regeneration x2
Stem Cells and Scar Tissue Removal x2
Weight loss combo x2

@Maoshan_Wanderer I will make automated workout playlists today for upper and lower body and add in what you have suggested.

Thanks!!

Thymic stromal lymphopoietin induces adipose loss through sebum hypersecretion

Sweat out the fat with TSLP!

Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is a cytokine that can promote immune responses that characterize allergic diseases. Choa et al. found that mice engineered to produce elevated TSLP displayed selective white adipose tissue loss that protected them from obesity, insulin resistance, and steatohepatitis (see the Perspective by Schneider). Protection was not mediated by eosinophils, regulatory T cells, or innate lymphoid cells. Rather, TLSP induced the migration of conventional T cells to sebaceous glands in the skin. Once there, these T cells promoted white adipose tissue loss by the hypersecretion of sebum, a lipid-rich substance that augments the skin’s barrier function. This mechanism, which likely evolved to enhance cutaneous antimicrobial defenses, could be possibly targeted in future treatments for obesity.
