2-3 times daily isn’t required. 1 time daily can be enough as well. It can be a bit different for everyone as we are all unique individuals, so see you how go and how you’re feeling as you listen and adjust your listening based on that.
The soreness is most likely due to the Automated Workout. If you feel overwhelmed by the soreness, you could listen less times and listen to After Workout Muscle Recovery. It’s also not necessary to listen to Automated Workout System daily. You can listen to it as often or as little as you like.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the number of audios, you could try listening less times or removing a few of them from your stack.
Diabetes Type I and II Treatment may be slightly redundant. Panceas Regeneration contains an updated version of the betatrophin field in Diabetes Type I and II Treatment and is much shorter in length.
It’s sort of a newer version which removes scar tissue and fat buildup and contains stem cells as well.
