tbh, I think it might be a lot especially for someone barely getting into the groove of listening to these frequencies…
I thought so too … I have did remove some of the audios. My body had been hurting especially my shoulder
Since you’ve started the frequencies, nothing else has changed as far as your daily regimen?
I used to work out 5 times a week … this week due to the pain I worked out only twice
Hi @rosh, my apologies for the late reply.
If you’re trying to resolve PCOS and insulin resistance, Sapien has mentioned that the Meno-Unpause field could also help with PCOS. To reduce the number of total fields, you might combine that with the Diabetes Type I and II Treatment, Pancreas Regeneration and Endocrine System Rejuvenation fields. Those fields will also balance your insulin/hormones and perhaps help with weight loss by correcting insulin/hormone dysregulation.
I agree with @This_Boy_Here. It seems like it could be a bit much, especially as you’re just starting with morphic fields. The pain might be due to your physical and energy body being overwhelmed by the number of different fields.
You might try limiting your daily playlist to approximately four to six of the permanent physical change fields played along with the temporary and hormone fields, Subcoscious Limits Removal and perhaps the Point of No Return stack as a starting point for the first few weeks.
See how you go before adding more fields. Perhaps you can add more than six permanent physical change fields, as it’s all individual how many fields you can listen to. There are so many great fields to listen to that it can be difficult to choose between them.
However, as results come faster with fewer physical change fields, you may find that by listening to fewer fields you accomplish your goals within a couple of months or less and can begin listening to a different set of fields quickly.
If you’re listening to too many fields, you will often notice as you will experience feeling strain, exhaustion or lethargy, both mental or physical.
Feel free to add more fields at any time if you feel fine with them. If you add fields and feel like it’s too much, you can remove some fields or listen less times per day, then see how you go.
@Philip_Weiss also wrote a great explanation about the number of fields affecting the speed of the results a while ago:
Edit: I just saw the great responses in your other thread.
