Haha commie bastard! Gotta say you seem like the traditional conservative type man (in a good way). Unusual for a hispanic male. All the hispanics Iâve met (including Spain and Latin America) have all been commie lovers. To the point where they have an extreme hatred for anything right wing.

Are you sure about that? Cubans, Colombians, etc., hate Communism. As a pretty liberal (and independent) guy myself, Socialism and Communism are problematic to me as well. A lot of my friends (including myself) are immigrants to the US (Asians, Indians, Europeans, etc.) and I am yet to see anyone who is a Socialist/Communist in my circle. Most have suffered terribly under Socialist/Communist regimes. Socialism/Communism seems to be more popular among mostly the millennial white folks who seem to really know nothing about that. It is unfortunate that discourse is hinging at extremes lately. Humane policing? I can stand by that 100% - but not defunding police! Affordable Healthcare - yes please, but not everything free for everyone BS! Peaceful protests - YES, but not riots that are going on for months now affecting hundreds of small business owners!
Is America perfect? No! But the rhetoric that it is the worst country on earth propagated by some of the communist-bent folks who have never visited another country - need a reality check.

Huh interesting. Sampling error I guess (based on all my hispanic friends being very left wing). I suppose the ultraconservative Franco era in Spain made them all go to the other side with a vengeance. To the point where âright wingâ is a bad word to these people.

I am against extremes on both sides - Right or Left. I despise Antifa as much as the Proud Boys! I am a centrist to the best possible extent haha! The word âfascistâ gets thrown around generously these days, and its an insult to people who have actually lived (and died) in ârealâ fascist regimesâŚ!

I had a very political phase in my late teens. Switched sides a couple of times. Now I just keep my mouth shut and have no opinions at all. I had realised that I didnât truly understand politics (and thatâs possibly the case with a lot of other people my age). The best I can do now is form political opinions that are very specific to my job and area (in the future).
