What are compliments you've always heard about yourself?

I second this compliment :))

There are also more or less fancy comparisons with celebrities. I’ve been positively compared both with John Lennon and Eva Green (especially with her role in Penny Dreadful - Vanessa) lol, in a compliment-like way. Would be too long to explain the contexts but…

… this, along with much “deeper” examples, brings this question to me: “When I receive a compliment or positive feedback, how much of ‘me’ is involved in it?”. Or like: “Is it about me or a projection of the person in front of me, who needs to recognize something familiar in me?” etc. Or some other times: “Am I the one who is receiving the compliment or is the person rather acknowledging his/her own qualities through me?”

… if you see what I mean ;)

I get this all the time, 'I don’t know why I am telling you this but… "
I feel like I have known you all my life
You have a trusting face and eyes
I have never met anyone like you before
I look young for my age, and people never believe that I have a 31 year old son - my ego loves that one :grimacing::thinking::smirk::grin:

That’s a.nice way to put it.

In the end it depebds on whether you get the job done - my boss used to quote someone saying you should always give the most difficult task to the laziest person as they will find the quickest solution :)

Yep, a lot of my business friends say the same. If I am not mistaken this quote is from Steve Jobbs, could be wrong though
